PILATS AND AEROBICS CLASSES

Dear Sports Enthusiasts,

 

We are pleased to announce the schedule for our Pilates and Aerobics classes.

 

Pilates is a low-impact exercise that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and balance. It is a great way to improve posture, reduce stress, and increase overall fitness. Aerobics, on the other hand, is a high-energy workout that combines rhythmic movements with cardiovascular exercise. It is a fun and effective way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular health, and boost energy levels.

 

Our experienced instructor, Mona, will guide you through each class, providing modifications and challenges to suit all fitness levels. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced exerciser, our classes are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and inclusive environment.

* Day and Time: Sundays from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM

* Location: House of Friendship

* Instructor: Mona

* Cost: $15 per class (discounts available for members and multiple classes)
